Right now I am currently working on these two things and will update as things are happening. I know to get put on the waiting list you have to have concurrent travel orders and a signed leave request so I am just waiting to get our leave approved.
As far as the hotel goes, I emailled them and they sent me a reservation request to fill out and send in. I did that and am now just waiting to get my confirmation back.
