Has Spring Sprung?

Well it has been another few weeks since I have updated and I have been working A LOT! At first I was getting called in 3-4 times a week and then I was offered a long term sub position. It was originally supposed to be until the end of the year but now it is looking like it will only last a few more weeks. I am bummed that the position won't last much longer but I know my Avid kids are looking forward to having me back. Starting next week for the long term position I will be implementing my own lesson plans instead of just using the ones the teacher creates and sends to me so I am really looking forward to that.

On another note this past weekend we had some beautiful weather finally! Like I said last post, we are so over the snow and ready for the spring and this weekend we finally got a taste of what is to come! We had a couple of days when the sun was out shining at it was warm enough not to need a coat. Luna and I spent a lot of time out in the yard as well as out on walks and she was loving it. She also has a new favorite spot in the house; when I have the windows open she is too short to reach them so I let her sit on a desk in one of the guest rooms so that she is able to see out the window and she just loves it! The past two days though have gone back to being cold and cloudy though. And we even had a dusting of snow this morning, which was not fun to walk to work in! So I am hoping that it won't be too much longer until spring is here to stay :)

Other than that not too much has been going on. As the whether warms up we will finally be able to go places and not be miserable so in the coming months I will have some much more exciting posts for y'all!
